btrfs: shutdown: add notes on kernel versions
The shutdown ioctl was moved out of experimental state since v7.1, and
my patch for filesystem shutdown notification was also applied for
v7.1. Hence, if you are using the Linux kernel v7.1 or later, then you
are good to go.
