vim: do nothing when <C-z> gets pressed in either normal or insert mode.
It's extremely *shitty* that <C-z> stops the current `vim` process. Why in seven
hells would I want to do that ? This has bitten me in the ass a couple of times
already when missing at pressing <C-x>.
