Added a directory for Apache and the apachman script.

I will place here the configuration I use at work for Apache. I've added
the apachman script (Apache Manager) that basically fetches a patched mod_ssl
and mod_spdy from Google and compiles them.

+  The whole process has compiled two Apache modules into /tmp/mod_spdy/modules/
+  You're responsible for installing these two modules where necessary (each
