Set ARCH and CROSS_COMPILE at the bash level
Funnily enough, running something like `. cross` makes bash unstable. Hence, let's go back to mere .bashrc exporting. Signed-off-by: Miquel Sabaté Solà <mikisabate@gmail.com>
