This caused troubles because git-validation checks the commits until the very
initial one, which was unavailable when the `--depth` flag was passed by Travis
CI.

Moreover, require the minimum GNU Emacs version in the package metadata, not
dinamically. Also add 25.1 in the .travis.yml matrix, so the minimum support
GNU Emacs is also tested in CI.
