This goes in tandem with the --pretty=fixes option, and it's useful to
reference commits on a commit message.

Also, don't ask for the profile when starting, let's assume the default
one. Then, when it actually matters (e.g. composing), mu4e will always
ask unless it can figure it out automatically (e.g. reply).

A lot of stuff was outdated after the addition of options like
'-l/--local'.

This apparently avoids weird problems when calling QEMU.

In Debian 'bat' is actually called 'batcat', so accomodate for that as
well.

As we do when the '-l/--local' flag is provided, set execution mode for
the install.sh and the uninstall.sh scripts when bundling too.

Not entirely sure that solves my issues with trashing lately, but here
it goes.

This allows you to define that you are planning to deploy things in your
current development box. This means that ARCH has to match whatever is
currently on your system, and CROSS_COMPILE is needed. Moreover, we
don't need an installation bundle, but we just need the
install.sh/uninstall.sh scripts.

Even if it's a nice feature to allow applications to write to it, this also
means to do this for stupid executions like "ls", and that's just plain
distracting and not worth it.

does, but I still find it funny.

In projects like Linux this turns out to be troublesome as each
subsystem has its own Makefile and then tools like ripgrep narrow down
their focus too much when trying to perform Linux-wide searches.

Since GMail copies email to the Sent folder regardless of your mu4e
settings, it's usually recommended to configure mu4e sent's behavior to
'delete (thus avoiding duplicate sent messages). But I had sadly
copy/pasted the same configuration from GMail into my mailbox settings,
where this automatic copying of sent messages does not happen.
This went unnoticed because I've sent email from this account mainly to
the Linux kernel mailing lists, where you receive a copy from the thread
anyways and that wasn't much of a problem. But after noticing a couple
of missing sent email, and after some head scratching, I've found the
'delete behavior and reverted to good ol' 'sent.
