Bring back a hand-rolled GNU Emacs configuration, moving on from Doom
Emacs. This is due some recent regressions I've had with my Doom
configuration that I was unable to debug/fix.
This brings back some much needed simplicity, while having better
knowledge on how to keep things modern and snappy.

This must be a hiccup from some bad ln command.

This was recently excluded from the default Doom installation, and I do
use it.

This also includes the removal of a workaround for lsp which is no
longer relevant and that suddenly was hitting me with a major
performance hit.

In the end they were not needed and brought more problems than they
tried to solve. Moreover, doing this left the RISC-V thingies in a weird
section, so that configuration has been moved up.

Personal stuff like the location of the kernel image should go into my
.bashrc file, and then require it on `run-riscv-qemu.sh`. Similarly,
some environment variables were dropped, and some others removed. This
brings some much needed consistency to the whole script.
Last but not least, the `run-riscv-qemu.sh` now also had an extra
configurable variable, which is used for the `-cpu` QEMU option. It
defaults to 'max' so we can test the maximum amount of supported
extensions as possible.

When running QEMU/RISC-V, force the user to provide the `BUSYBOX_SRC`
environment variable. This variable points to the path where busybox has
been built. This way the path to the initramfs is not hardcoded.
Moreover, this allows us to rebuilt the initramfs every time the
`run-riscv-qemu.sh` is called, which in turn brings some consistency to
the process. Plus, this opens the door for allowing files to be passed
into a new `/home` directory for the current user. This way, someone can
just statically compile a binary via cross compilation, and then run it
in isolation with QEMU/RISC-V.
Last but not least, also update the .bashrc file with a value for
`BUSYBOX_SRC` on my system.

We don't actually need to load this module, since we are not using
doom-themes nor anything like that.

There are now two scripts that can be used in order to quickly test a
locally built Linux kernel which has been cross compiled for the RISC-V
architecture.

The vi branch was calling vim anyways, which is not what we want in
restricted environments. Moreover, I have also added nano. It would be
extremely rare for GNU nano to be there and not vi, but let's exhaust
any possibility before bailing out.

The initrd image is created and installed dynamically via install.sh.
Hence, this is not picked up by the files.txt list and so we need to
remove it manually.

This is script provided by the distribution (at least it is on
openSUSE!), and it picks the right binary for the current environment.
So just use that instead of a hardcoded one.

For now it allows us to disable the `safe-path` feature, so GDB doesn't
freak out when I'm using it to debug the kernel.

For some reason the `message-view-patch` hook stopped working. Let's
make sure it's always applied.
Moreover, I've recently realized that emojis were present in some of the
code. Let's be boring and opt out of it.
