It's no longer supported by Doom Emacs, and hence tests were failing.

We don't actually need to load this module, since we are not using
doom-themes nor anything like that.

Not totally decided on this, but let's give it a try.

There are now two scripts that can be used in order to quickly test a
locally built Linux kernel which has been cross compiled for the RISC-V
architecture.

The vi branch was calling vim anyways, which is not what we want in
restricted environments. Moreover, I have also added nano. It would be
extremely rare for GNU nano to be there and not vi, but let's exhaust
any possibility before bailing out.

The initrd image is created and installed dynamically via install.sh.
Hence, this is not picked up by the files.txt list and so we need to
remove it manually.

This is script provided by the distribution (at least it is on
openSUSE!), and it picks the right binary for the current environment.
So just use that instead of a hardcoded one.

For now it allows us to disable the `safe-path` feature, so GDB doesn't
freak out when I'm using it to debug the kernel.

For some reason the `message-view-patch` hook stopped working. Let's
make sure it's always applied.
Moreover, I've recently realized that emojis were present in some of the
code. Let's be boring and opt out of it.

I am no longer on i3, and if I ever want to switch back to it, I can
always go back to git's logs. Let's reduce maintenance surface.

It's been ages since I don't do anything serious with Vim. Hence, the
setup for it doesn't have to be as "fancy" as it once was. Removing
Vundle and other stuff makes stuff way simpler, while also removing git
submodules for good.

Instead of having a myriad of accounts, let's set up only two of them,
which are the actual ones I use on mu4e. This gets rid of hacks I did to
keep some of the accounts floating, while also dropping some shenanigans
like signatures which were never really relevant.
With all of this off loaded from Emacs, the msmtp configuration also
gets simplified, and I took the chance to tweak further some of the
defaults.

Also removed the `core.editor` option since the default $EDITOR is
picked up anyways and that's already set up correctly.

Usually the configuration for extboot is just the same. For that, before
starting the editor for it, append the configuration that I'd most
likely be using. Then the editor session might just be deleting the old
lines and removing the warning comment.
