I have migrated to XDG directories quite some time ago, but the
install.sh script was not reflecting this yet. Hence: .emacs.d ->
.config/emacs and .doom.d -> .config/doom.
Moreover, I'm no longer using i3, so I have removed it from the default
install.

The workaround for `headers-buffer-name` is no longer needed. Moreover,
I have also added a guard to check for a globally installed mu4e.

Not that I used it too much, but at least give me some fancy colors.

After trying up this whole thing on a fresh VM I got into a lot of old
stuff that needed some updating (e.g. GNU Emacs' configuration which is
now handled through Doom).
Other than that, I have also added a few goodies when I'm using this on
a VM, like a proper size for the TTY.

No freaking clue about what it is, but what I do know is that I don't
give a flying fuck about it.

Moved XDG variable into the proper user-dirs.dirs file, and ensured that
the RVM lines are on the end.

This is only done if the binary actually exists, and then we change
environment variables such as MANPAGER and MANROFFOPT so everything
works seemlessly.

I forgot to update the year on the license script itself (sorta did but
never bothered to push it on git), and removed emoji support in GNU
Emacs since it can be a pain when starting in daemon mode for the first
time (it asks for downloading the emojis but you don't really read it
when starting on this way).

This subcommand allows you to easily checkout the default branch. This
is mainly done because nowadays there are repositories with `main` or
`master` or `whatever` as their default name.

Doom has removed init.el and it's only using early-init.el, so use that
instead.

The 'ajuntament' maildir has to be handled separately and manually
because resources there are scarce, and after 2GiB of space consumed, it
does not allow to proceed further.
Therefore, I am nuking everything on the server while preserving things
locally with a 'Pull New Flags' mode on mbsync. This has the side-effect
that now emails that have been already handled on the website and moved
into archive are no longer perceived to be moved, and the 'inbox' folder
might keep on growing. That is why I have set up a hook before mu4e's
update so these emails are removed every time.
Again, restrictions are stupid and I should not have to do this.

them...

When toggling the layout, explicitely set the ctrl:nocap option so it
overrides the default value for some systems.
